New Gutter Installation

We offer the installation of three different continuous gutter styles listed in our products page in four different kinds of metals (aluminum, steel, copper and zinc). Our craftsmen are able to replace your old system with a brand new system designed to optimize water-drainage from your roof while complimenting the exterior design of the building. We also offer installation on new builds to start you off on the right foot. The aluminum and steel have a baked-enamel finish in an array of different colours. Copper and zinc gutters are timeless in their appeal and have an extended lifetime suited for historic and luxury homes.

Gutter system optimization

If your gutter system is not flowing properly, is constantly clogged (even with yearly cleanings), backing up or overflowing, then your system likely needs optimization. Optimization focuses on making sure your gutters are flowing and draining properly. This is accomplished by ensuring your gutters are sloped correctly and/or by installing better drainage hardware such as larger outlets or high flow funnels to accommodate higher levels of rainfall. Also, optimization with the application of leaf guards or leaf clean-outs protects your system from unnecessary clogs, furthering any drainage issues. Our craftsmen can evaluate your system and come up with a cost-effective way to optimize your current system and prevent water damage to your home.

Gutter repair

To keep your current system water-tight and prevent water damage to your home, we offer repair services that fit your needs. We repair leaks in both hanging and built-in gutter systems. We can replace or repair degraded and/or clogged outlets, damaged and detached downpipes, broken tile covers, damaged gutter troughs and sagging or detached gutter sections. We can also replace the worn-out cap flashings on your built-in gutters.

Fascia board/Soffit replacement and Repair

We offer the replacement and repair of damaged and weathered fascia board and soffit. We offer the installation of flashings to clad your fascia for a clean, smooth and indestructible appeal to your building’s exterior. Cladding is offered in enamel-coated steel, or copper and zinc.

Gutter Cleaning

We offer cleaning services for all of our valued customers at a competitive rate. Keeping your gutters clean will ensure the longevity of your gutter system.

Gutters & Eavestroughs

Choose from various style profiles to suit the aesthetic and practical needs of your home. All styles come in seamless options. Lindab, RheinZink and Zambelli systems are available.

Colonial
Also known as K-Style, this versatile style resembles crown molding. The flat edge and bottom allow this style to be fitted right against the fascia board. This is the style of gutter on most homes and can handle a larger volume of water.

EPDM
EPDM, or rubber gutters, are installed into the eaves of flat or low-slope roofs and blend seamlessly with your roof. This primer bonded gutter lining membrane is Infared, Ozone and UV stable.

Fascia Style
Similar to colonial, or K-style gutters, but defined by a narrower width and greater height. Available in box bottom and flat-faced fascia, this style can handle a larger volume of water.

Half-Round
Classic, timeless and durable, the European half-round style is known for its distinct semi-circle shape. The smooth shape prevents clogs and the build up of debris. This style is the easiest to clean and maintain.

Gutter & Eavestrough Protection

Choose from your choice of leaf screens to protect your investment. Leaf screens protect your home from water damage and your gutters from accumulating debris, leaves, pine needles, twigs and shingle grit. The perforated surface allows rainfall to flow freely into the gutters.

Soffit connects the exterior wall to the edge of the roof beneath the eaves of your house. Choose from different wood or metal options. All soffit comes with vented or unvented options. Vents are perforations that provide airflow.

Fascia & Exterior Cladding

Fascia boards are exterior trim along the perimeter of the roofline on the eaves of your house. They are typically made of wood, but are often clad with metal for aesthetics and weather resistance. Custom cladding can be fabricated out of aluminum, copper, steel, and zinc.
